Finding the right resource is a challenge. It is my belief that finding the candidate that is aligned to the company culture is paramount to success. Recruitment companies will have a list of “favourite” candidates to keep moving around. I am not a recruitment agency. I will take the responsibility of properly defining the role and type of person, finding the right candidate, and if necessary, investing in their development to bring their technical knowledge to the right level.
